Terms of Service

These terms define the beta use of Rabbit Farm Manager and the responsibilities of users managing animal and farm records.

Last updated: June 6, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing Rabbit Farm Manager, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization or farm business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

2. Beta access

The product is currently in beta and may be invite-only. Features may change, be unavailable, or contain bugs. We may restrict, suspend, or revoke access to protect the service, users, or animals.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your account secure and only invite authorized farm staff.
  • Enter accurate records when they affect animal care, breeding, medication, or business decisions.
  • Comply with animal welfare, food safety, tax, privacy, and agricultural laws that apply to your location.
  • Maintain your own operational judgement and emergency procedures.

4. Not veterinary or professional advice

Rabbit Farm Manager may provide reminders, analytics, farm workflow suggestions, and AI-assisted observations. These are informational only. They are not veterinary, medical, legal, financial, tax, food safety, or animal-welfare advice. Consult qualified professionals for decisions that affect animal health, legal compliance, or commercial operations.

5. AI features

AI features may be wrong, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable due to provider limits, billing status, or service outages. Do not rely on AI output as the only basis for animal care, breeding, slaughter, medication, financial, or legal decisions.

6. Data and content

You own the farm records and content you enter. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, back up, display, and analyze that content to provide the service and support the beta.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, access controls, or rate limits.
  • Do not upload illegal content, malware, or personal data that you are not authorized to process.
  • Do not use the service in ways that could harm the platform or other users.

8. Billing

Public billing is not covered by this launch shell. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, renewals, taxes, refunds, cancellation, and customer portal terms will be published before billing is enabled.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabbit Farm Manager is provided as-is during beta. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, animal injury or loss, business interruption, or indirect damages resulting from use of the service or reliance on app or AI output.
